Stroke Center
The Banner Good Samaritan Stroke Center works with several departments throughout the hospital to ensure quality care for stroke patients from the Emergency room through the patient's entire stay in the hospital and continuing care at home.
Our goal is to help patients recover from a stroke and adapt to disabilities in order to enhance their quality of life.
Our stroke team, designated stroke unit and rehabilitation services are tailored to the specific needs of stroke patients.
How we can help stroke patients:
- We offer a Stroke Clinic for outpatient care.
- We bring together a team with physicians, nurses, and physical, occupational and speech therapists to provide care in a single setting.
- We help patients take part in research studies for new therapies and medications
