Prepared Childbirth Class
This class is highly recommended for every expectant parent. Mothers-to-be and their coaches say they feel more prepared, relaxed and knowledgeable about childbirth after taking this course. You learn what to expect during the late stages of pregnancy, how to detect preterm delivery and what to do when labor begins. You also learn breathing and relaxing exercises, comfort measures, the pain management options available to you, how your coach can support you and what happens during and following birth.

E-Learning Online Childbirth Class
It is never too late to take a prenatal class. The eLearning Online Childbirth Education Program is an alternative for those who cannot attend a conventional prepared childbirth class due to bed rest, scheduling conflicts or time constraints. It may be taken in the comfort of your own home and at your own pace. The Gift of Motherhood eLearning Program is an interactive, web-based course that includes animated illustrations, videos, voice-overs and games.

Prepared Childbirth Refresher Course
