No Flu for You

All Banner Health employees, volunteers, vendors and students are required to receive a flu vaccination by Dec. 1, 2012.

If you are are unable to receive the vaccination due to medical or religious reasons you will be given an opportunity to apply for an exemption to meet the Dec. 1 deadline.  

We are offering FREE flu vaccines to all Banner employees, medical staff and volunteers!
