Banner Hospice now has a dedicated Inpatient Hospice Unit at Sun Health’s Grandview Care Center, which serves residents of Sun City West. Visitors may also tour the care center during the open house, if desired. Location is:

We offer care and comfort in the unit, which has 12 private rooms with private bathrooms, as well as a family gathering and dining area.

Sun Health Grandview Care Center is part of Grandview Terrace, a Sun Health Senior Living Community on the campus of Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, Ariz.

The community features 288 luxury condominiums and the 179-bed Sun Health Grandview Care Center, which offers residents a continuum of care for acute and chronic medical issues.

Hospice House Admission Criteria
The Banner Hospice admits patients into our house with life-limiting illnesses who do not seek further aggressive medical treatment. Additional requirements for admission include:

• Patients need symptom management that requires additional care and management that cannot occur in the home.
• You are seeking a five-day respite stay for caregiver relief.
