Volunteers

It takes a special group of people to make sure seniors get the services they need including hot meals, health care checks, and opportunities to socialize and learn.

You can find these special people at Banner Olive Branch Senior Center where they graciously donate their time to make our programs a success.

We could not do it without them! 

Banner Olive Branch volunteers donate more than 52,000 hours per year to benefit our programs and the community.

Most job assignments need several people to fill them because most volunteer positions need to be filled Monday through Friday; and most volunteers volunteer one or two days a week.

Here are some of the volunteer job assigments:

 HOW DO I SIGN UP?

• Contact the Banner Olive Branch Senior Center at (623)974-6797 and speak to the Volunteer Coordinator.
• Review the list of volunteer positions and decide where you want to work.
• Fill out the paperwork required of all volunteers.
• Interview with the coordinator to decide where is the best
  assignment for you.

Training is required for most positions either with a volunteer currently doing the job you would like to do or with the Volunteer Coordinator.
