Banner Special Adults Residence, in Peoria, Ariz., is a 10-bed residential facility for men and women who have mild mental and developmental challenges, including physical and cognitive limitations.
The residence offers special adults an innovative housing alternative to the traditional, institutional long-term placement. Our features include:

- Common areas that include a large living room and dining room, a full kitchen, a library and a television and game room
