Surgicenter was the first free-standing multi-specialty surgery center in the country when it opened in 1970.  The facility was rebuilt in 1993 in central Phoenix at 1040 E. McDowell Rd., across from Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center.

For children having surgery, we offer a dedicated pediatric pre-op and recovery area, where family members can sit with the patient.

State-of-the-art technology
Surgicenter features state-of-the-art equipment, seven operating rooms, three Endoscopy rooms, three overnight stay beds and 23 pre- and post-operative beds and chairs, as well as a Pain Center.
