Heart Health Community Lecture
Food and Cardiac Disease
If you have heart disease or would like to reduce your chances of getting heart disease, then the Mediterranean Diet is for you. Registered Dietitian Dominica Dieffenbach will talk to you about what it entails, pros/cons and how it can help manage heart disease and other ailments like diabetes.

Stroke Check 2013

Stroke Check community screening program is designed to identify persons at risk of stroke who don't know if they are.
