Water Exercise

The Banner Thunderbird Rehabilitation department offers water exercise classes for people who may suffer from arthritis, fibromyalgia and other physical conditions that limit their movement.

Sessions are taught in a heated, outdoor canopy-covered pool.

Instructors are water safety certified and licensed by the Arthritis Foundation.
