Cardon Children's Medical Center is here to provide you and your family with activities, classes and events that provide the latest in health care information, parenting advice and expert knowledge.

Fit Kids Kamp 
This summer fitness program is devoted to educating youth about the importance of healthy living. Participants will learn about nutrition and physical fitness through special speakers, recreational activities and field trips. Parents of participants are required to attend 3 meetings to educate the family on healthy lifestyles. Required first parent meeting May 29 , 5:30 at Cardon Children's Medical Center.

Ages: 9 to 12 years 
Cost: $35/$42 for a six-week program 
Time:  Monday through Thursday from 1 to 5:30pm 
Dates: June 3 through July 11 
Sites: Emerson Elementary and Brimhall Elementary

Asthma Support Group Event
Attend our free asthma support group for any age child and their parents or caregivers. You will learn  how to control your child’s asthma and how to handle triggers with fun learning games. There will be a special presentation from the Phoenix Zoo with live animals! Come learn about fascinating animals from all over the world! Registration is required.
