Injury Prevention Program
The Injury Prevention program is a free health and safety program offered through Cardon Children's Medical Center.
Safety advocates visit schools, church and community groups, and health fairs to give the East Valley community easy-to-follow advice about being safe.

Injury Prevention program services are provided free of charge. The program is made possible by the generous contributions of the Cardon Children's Volunteer Department. Donations are accepted.
Donate to our Injury Prevention Program
At Cardon Children's Medical Center, community outreach is very important to us and we are always in the need of items to give to families.
Below are a few items that would make great donations for our outreach efforts. Note: All items must be NEW to prevent the spread of infection.
- Life jacket for smaller kids up to age 8
- Knee/elbow pads for kids
- Backless booster seats
- Smoke alarms
