General Pediatrics
The Pediatrics Unit at Cardon Children's Medical Center houses 34 private patient rooms and cares for patients with diagnoses including asthma, respiratory ailments, cancer, diabetes and surgical recovery.
The unit is designed with kids in mind. There's space for parents and visitors and diversions such as computer games and DVD/VCR movies as well as specialized care from dedicated pediatric physicians and nurses.
The Southwest Ambulance Playroom provides a welcome respite from the hospital experience for children and their families.
