Most often, patients are stabilized in Page Hospital’s Emergency room then transferred to a larger hospital in a major city to receive non-surgical or surgical treatments for their heart conditions. Once patients return home, they may continue to see Page Hospital’s visiting cardiologists for follow-up care including medication management, diet and exercise instruction and testing if necessary.
