The Page Hospital lab provides both inpatient and outpatient laboratory testing. We are committed to serving our patients in the most efficient, caring manner possible.
Lab Hours
Outpatient testing 6:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. Sunday-Saturday
No appointment is needed. However physicians order is required and must be brought with the patient or faxed to the lab: (928)645-0171.
Preparing for a blood test
Some tests have special requirements. Usually only Lipids, Cholesterol and Fasting-Glucose require 10-14 hours of fasting. Special instructions are available for other tests, such as 24-hour urine collections, Occult Blood, Flu/RSV specimens and Culture Services.

Chemistry testing:
Basic Metabolic Panel, Hepatic Panel, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Neonatal Bilirubin, Amylase, Lipase, Cardiac Markers (Troponin-I, CKMB, CRP/HS, NT-pro-BNP), TSH, Free-T4, Uric Acid, LDH, GGT, HCG-Quant., Mono, and Ketones-serum. -
Therapeutic Drugs Monitors
Carbamazepine (Tegretol), Phenytoin (Dilantin), Phenobarbital, Theophyline, Lithium, Gentamicin, Vancomycin, Digoxin, Valproic Acid (Depakene), Acetaminophen, and Salicylate. -
Hematology & Coagulation
CBC with Diff, Retic, ESR, PT, PTT, D-Dimer-Quant., Fibrinogen and FDP-Semi-Quant. -
Urinalysis and related Testing
Urinalysis, Occult Blood, Gastroccult, Fecal Leukocytes, Protein-Urine, Sodium-Urine, Creatinine-Clearance, and Urine-Drugs of Abuse-Screen for medical purposes. -
Microbiology
Rapid-Influenza-A/B, Rapid-RSV, Rapid-Strep-A, Gram Stain, WetPrep and CLO-Test (Gastric H. Pylori). -
Basic Transfusion Service
Type, Screen, Crossmatch, Thawed Plasma, Thawed Cryo, Direct Coombs, Fetal Bleed Screen and Kleihauer Betke.
Remaining tests are promptly sent to , Sonora Quest, our reference laboratory. Culture services are sent to Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center.
