Page Hospital performs both Level 1 and level 2 obstetrical ultrasounds. Our equipment electronically transmits images and data in real time directly to a Banner Health perinatologist in Phoenix. The perinatologist views the ultrasound and confers directly with the patient’s physician in Page.

Ultrasound uses high frequency sound waves to create images inside the body and is primarily used with obstetrical, vascular and abdominal patients.
