Urgent Care
When you’re faced with a non-life threatening medical condition that needs immediate care, the Urgent Care Center at Williams Health Care Center is ready to help.
A complement to our family and internal medicine service, our state-of-the-art Urgent Care Center delivers quality, compassionate care to adult and pediatric patients facing an array of health and medical conditions ranging from cough and congestion, sore throat and runny nose to minor lacerations, sprained ankles, allergic reactions and more.
While it’s best to see your family physician for non-emergent conditions that require medical attention, we realize that isn’t always an option. Our Urgent Care Center is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the exception of Christmas Day. And, to make certain you receive proper care throughout the healing process, our providers will communicate directly with your primary care physician to coordinate follow-up care.
Like most Emergency departments, we are equipped with state-of-the-art medical imaging and laboratory technologies. You can rest assured if you require more specialized care, you will be stabilized and transported to the nearest Emergency department at Flagstaff Medical Center, approximately 35 miles away.
Appointments are not necessary when visiting the Urgent Care Center. Patients are seen based on the severity of their condition.
Please remember to call 911 if you experience a severe health or medical condition that requires more critical care services. For assistance deciding whether your condition can be treated at the Urgent Care Center or requires more specialized care at an emergency department, you may call the Banner Health nurse triage line at (602) 230-CARE.
