All classes will be held in the Mt. Lassen/Shasta room at Banner Lassen Medical Center from 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.

The cost is $75.00 for one day or $150.00 for all three days. Meals will be provided.

Banner Lassen Medical Center is an American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Training Center.
