East Morgan County Hospital is licensed by the state of Colorado and certified by Medicare as a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital.

The hospital in Brush opened in 1910. Since 1954, the hospital has been owned by East Morgan County Hospital District. This hospital district is supported financially by the property taxpayers of Brush, Hillrose and Snyder.
