6:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday
6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturday
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The caring, dedicated and knowledgeable Registration staff strive to offer our patients the best possible experience during patient registration. 

During registration you may be required to present the following information:

• Medicare or health insurance card
• a photo ID
• physician's orders
• insurance copay, coinsurance or deductible
