Cancer Support & Education
East Morgan County Hospital understands the importance of patient and family support and offers an assortment of support resources. From cancer prevention and diagnosis to bereavement and survivorship, patients and families receive complete psychosocial support through all phases of the cancer continuum.
Following is a list of support groups and services available to patients and their families:
- A Hospice room for patients when needed. Please contact our Care Coordinator at (970) 842-6236 for more information.
- A partnership with Hospice of the Plains for education and support for patients. They can be reached at 970-526-7901.
- We can connect patients with the local representative of the American Cancer Society .
