Diabetes Education and Management

East Morgan County Hospital offers a free diabetes support group for adults with diabetes or any adult who lives with someone with diabetes.

We also offer diabetes self-management classes. Our diabetes education is certified and approved by the American Diabetes Association. 

Remember, diabetes education is a Medicare benefit.
