Independent Exercise Program – The East Morgan County Hospital Independent Exercise Program is a voluntary wellness program designed for health promotion and prevention of illness and injuries associated with lack of physical fitness.

Community Fitness Program – The Community Fitness Program includes one-on-one time with an exercise specialist who provides you with the education, exercise regimen and the means to reach your fitness goals.
