When it comes to caring for children at East Morgan County Hospital, it’s the little things that count.
Our team of physicians, nurses and health care professionals is committed to the principles of family-centered care. This means that by working with families as partners in their child’s care, our young patients will experience a more relaxed stay and make the most of their treatment.
Caring for children 17 years of age and younger requires different techniques, technologies and therapies. Our professional, compassionate team is dedicated to helping kids heal, giving exceptional care in a caring, family-oriented setting.
All of our pediatric nurses are Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified by the American Heart Association, and have specialized training to treat children experiencing all types of health issues.
We also work to anticipate families’ non-medical educational needs from recreation to meal and snack selection to post-discharge care.
