Support & Education

At East Morgan County Hospital, we understand the importance of a strong support system and provide an array of support and education resources and programs to complement the rehabilitative care patients receive. 

Each patient is assigned a care coordinator who may assist in identifying financial resources, support groups and community resources to help round out their rehabilitative care.
