Medical oncology is a form of cancer treatment using drugs to destroy cancer cells.

Chemotherapy drugs work by destroying cancer cells and hindering their ability to grow and multiply.

At McKee Medical Center, chemotherapy is administered through our outpatient infusion center at the McKee Cancer Center and to hospital patients in an inpatient setting.
