Support & Education

McKee Medical Center understands the importance of a strong support system.

While in the hospital, each patient is assigned a case manager and/or social worker who may assist in identifying financial resources, support groups and community resources to help round out their rehabilitative care.

Additionally, patients have access to Wellspring Health & Resource Library, which provides access to educational resources and personalized research support.

Total Joint Education
Physical therapists and occupational therapists prepare patients for surgery. This program is coordinated through your physician's office as part of the surgery scheduling process. Classes are every Thursday at 3 p.m.
