Ways to Give to McKee Medical Center

McKee Thrift Avenue Store

McKee Thrift Avenue, located in downtown Loveland, is known for being the Fifth Avenue of thrift.  McKee Medical Center volunteers run and operate the store. The money raised from the store benefit projects and equipment for the hospital and its programs.

Donations are accepted during regular business hours.  Clothing is always accepted, but housewares are especially needed.  No large items, such as furniture can be accepted due to space limitations.

Dollar Day Sales - McKee Thrift Avenue holds two "dollar day" sales monthly - on the first Saturday and the 15th of each month. (If the 15th falls on a Sunday when the store is closed the sale is held on Monday the 16th).  During this sale, regular priced adult and youth clothing and shoes are just $1.

Changeover Sales - These sales occur in late summer and early spring each year to make room for new seasonal inventory.   Thrift Avenue is closed for several days following the sale.  All inventory not sold during this time is donated to a charitable organization.
