Scheduling an Appointment
Appointments are scheduled by calling our offices during weekday hours. For routine care, immunizations and physicals, please schedule your appointments several days in advance. Monday mornings are our busiest times. If you call and get a busy signal, and it isn't an emergency (see shaded box below), please try again at a later time.
Please have your insurance card(s) and information available when you call. Inform the patient services representative of the reason for your visit. A triage nurse may assess the nature of your illness. If you have medical records from your previous or referring physician, please have them sent to our office or bring them when you come in for your appointment.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you inform us of your cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. There may be a charge for appointments that are missed or not cancelled in advance. As a consideration to others, please be on time for your appointment.
