Billing Information

Our physicians participate in numerous health plans. In addition, we accept assignment of benefits from both Medicare and Worker’s Compensation plans at Banner Medical Clinics. Patients are asked to pay their insurance co-payment at the time of their visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as personal checks or cash. Any outstanding balance is due within 30 days.
