Our outpatient therapy facility and services are designed to be a comfortable place to work toward well-being, satisfaction and improved functioning at home, work, or school as a community member.

Our services:

  • Individual, couples, and family counseling for adults, adolescents, and children ages 5 and up
  • Groups for therapy, support, education and psychiatric medication management
  • Psychological testing services (If calling regarding psychological testing services, please state this when speaking with the receptionist or leaving a message, and indicate that you wish to contact Dr. Chuck Howard.

We offer help with:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Sadness
  • Grief and loss 
  • Relationship issues
  • Substance use problems
  • Life transitions

We can help people 

  • Express themselves and find solutions as they go through difficult circumstances
  • Develop better coping and communication skills
  • Better manage their chronic mental illness or addiction.

Outpatient services are located in the east portion of the building. Please enter by the door on the east end.

 Please note:  It is the patient's responsibility to verify that their insurance benefits include coverage for behavioral health services being sought. Some services may not be covered by specific plans. Some plans dictate that authorization be obtained prior to services being delivered. Patients are responsible for all costs of services not paid by insurance.

Co-pays, co-insurance payments and the fees for services are due at the time the services are provided.
