Please note:
Many employers offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in which employees can receive counseling at no cost. Employees can contact their Human Resources Department to ask if this benefit is available and how to access services from a counselor or therapist. We see many EAP clients.
While we can assist with understanding insurance and estimate costs for our clients, it is the client’s responsibility to verify that his/her insurance benefits include coverage for the behavioral health services being sought. Some services may not be covered by specific plans. Some plans require that authorization be obtained prior to services being delivered. Patients are responsible for all costs of services not paid by insurance.
Co-pays, co-insurance payments and the fees for services are due at the time the services are provided.
