Let's Go Kids
Let's Go Kids is a four-week program designed to teach children ages 5 to 9 about health and wellness topics. Held once a week, the program will incorporate a range of activities, including:
- How to eat more fruits and vegetables
- Fun physical activities for the whole family
- How to limit TV time
- Tips to decrease sugary drinks
When: Thursdays, July 9 - July 30 from 11 a.m. to noon
