Support Programs

Heart Failure Clinic
A part of North Colorado Medical Center’s Cardiovascular Institute of North Colorado, The Heart Failure Clinic supports patients and their families with a variety of personalized care and therapy while providing access to research trials.

Cardiac Alert Program
Ambulances that serve North Colorado Medical Center and the Weld County area are equipped with specialized diagnostic equipment. Paramedics utilize 12-lead ECG equipment to assess patient conditions in the field. This enables the paramedics and hospital team to more rapidly decide whether cardiac catheterization will benefit the patient.

Implanted Cardioversion Defibrillators (ICD) Education Meetings
This support group for patients with ICDs and their loved ones meets the fourth Tuesday of each month (quarterly)

All meetings will take place in the Cardiovascular Institute Conference Room-3rd floor Area A Across from the Main Lobby elevators.  Please enter through the NEW Main Entrance off of 16th Street.  Direction signs will be posted.
