Back Safety Education
This program includes providing education on basis back anatomy and physiology as well as assessing inefficient and efficient sitting and standing postures, safe lifting techniques, and proper weight shifting when performing tasks such as overhead reaching. The focus is on basic training to improve participants’ ability to maintain an efficient pain-free posture of their low back spine.
