Center for Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation
North Colorado Medical Center is home to a 20-bed inpatient Center for Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, or CAIR Unit.
The CAIR Unit specializes in providing Rehabilitation Nursing and Therapy services for patients who need rehabilitative care following strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumas, neurological diseases, orthopedic surgeries or other debilitating conditions.
The goal of the unit is to maximize each patient's functional abilities and to help them and their families return to as independent a lifestyle as possible

- Medical Director specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Rehabilitative nursing
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Language Pathology
- Neuropsychology
- Care Coordination and Social Worker
