Summit View Medical Commons is a facility of North Colorado Medical Center and a state-of-the-art diagnostic facility in West Greeley.

Summit View Pharmacy is the only pharmacy west of 47th Avenue and the only pharmacy in Greeley to offer custom prescription compounding. We carry a broad selection of over-the-counter products and can special-order many additional items, including ostomy and insulin pump supplies. Our pharmacists also provide medication review and consultation services by appointment.

Anticoagulation Clinic: (970) 350-6437
The Anticoagulation Clinic manages and evaluates patients receiving coumadin and other anticoagulation therapies. Close monitoring of these patients improve outcomes by diminishing clotting and bleeding episodes. Appointments are necessary along with a physician’s referral.

Summit View offers a full array of outpatient lab services as a satellite of  North Colorado Medical Center.  Offerings include PKU testing, EKG and blood drawing.
