Each month approximately 200 babies and mothers enjoy the comfort and excellent care provided by our expert staff in Monfort Family Birth Center. The birth center features spacious mother-baby rooms and a redesigned neonatal intensive care nursery.

An innovative "Serenity" Room to support grieving families.
Newborn Nursery
Mothers can choose to room-in with their baby during their hospital stay. Birthing Center staff is available in the Newborn Nursery anytime to care for babies while their parents shower, rest or nap.
Mother and Baby Care
Our Mother Baby rooms give us 22 family-friendly rooms that are specifically designed to promote mother's comfort and bonding with the new baby.
Visitation Policy
Friends and relatives are allowed to attend the birth—at the mom’s discretion— and are always welcome to visit.
Arrange a Tour & Find a Class If you would like to register for Family Life Education classes or sign-up for a tour, please call (970) 392-BABY or register online.
Tours are available to expectant families. You will see our birthing rooms, nursery and mother/baby areas, as well as become familiar with our procedures. In addition, you will have the opportunity to register for your hospital stay. Please note: All Family Life Education childbirth classes include a tour; therefore, you need not sign up if you are registered for classes. Tours are free, however registration is required.
