Our goal is to feature a monthly event for Spirit members and the community. Watch for monthly events focusing on new topics and several community lectures that include topics of interest to men.

Let's go "south of your border" and learn how to really be hip!

• Shake it, don't break it! Learn about healthy bones and calcium needs.
• Get the low-down on osteoarthritis.
• Bone density information and optional screenings will be available for $10. (A $15 savings. If you are interested, let us know when you register.)
• Hip pain options and treatments.
• Move it or lose it. Exercising and dancing to keep hips in shape. Try Zumba with a doc and keep those hips strong!

Weekend Warrior Wisdom
Enjoy the fruits of your labors without paying the cost to life or limb! 

We often save our weekends to get ‘er done!  Whether it is a home and garden project, hitting the trail for a hike or bike outing, or just playing hard… sometimes we overdo it!

Spirit Girls ….and Moms Too! 
Going through puberty is much easier when you and your daughter know what to expect!  It is a crazy roller coaster sometimes, but you CAN enjoy the ride.
 
Join us for a visit with family physicians, gynecologists, pediatricians and other experts who will facilitate a discussion of normal puberty related events and have the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed setting. PLUS there will be treats and other FUN activities to enjoy for moms and daughters, including skin care and make-up!!
