In Our Community
Sterling Regional MedCenter has been a longstanding health care provider and proud community partner to the northeastern Colorado area. Here is how we help out our neighbors:

The girl's grandfather was receiving care at the Medcenter's David Walsh Cancer Center and she wanted to give back. She made $31.95 at her lemonade stand. When Sterling Regional employees heard how she wanted to "change the world'', they pitched in and helped her raise $1,238.50 and counting. |

Life-saving AED devices are scarce in rural Colorado and the hospital knew they wanted to make sure it was in a place that it would do the most good for the community. They gave it to the Logan County Heritage Center, a gathering place for people ages 55 and older to enjoy friendship, learn about issues and get help with nutrition. |

Free mammograms for women who have little or no insurance. Annually, Sterling employees hold a fundraiser and rodeo. Last year, rodeo grandstands were a sea of pink as Sterling raised more than $10,000 raised to provide state-of-the-art mammograms. |
