Emergency Care Services

The Emergency department at Sterling Regional MedCenter is proud to serve the emergency care needs of the residents in Sterling, Logan County and northeastern Colorado.

Our board-certified emergency physicians, specially trained nurses and support staff, are prepared to diagnose and treat specific injuries or illnesses in Sterling Regional MedCenter's well-equipped emergency department. 

We are are designated a Level III Trauma Center and are committed to treating patients medical conditions thoroughly and efficiently and always with Banner’s mission in mind – to provide safe, excellent patient care.

At Sterling Regional MedCenter, we recognize that emergencies are often stressful. That’s why we’re working to make sure a patient's visit to our Emergency department goes as smoothly as possible. 

Communication plays a key role in a successful course of treatment in the Emergency department. Language and interpretive services are available at all Banner facilities; please ask the nurse or Emergency department receptionist about these services.
