The following services are available for outpatient testing.

Outpatient Testing:

• Monday- Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Diagnostic Registration
• Saturday: 8 a.m. - noon - Diagnostic Registration
• Direct Access Testing:  Monday - Friday, 7:a.m. - 5 p.m. - in lab

Direct Access Testing
Our laboratory offers Direct Access Testing, which allows individuals to order certain laboratory tests without a physician's order. Results can be received directly, either my mail or in person.

Drug Screen Collection & Breath Alcohol Testing

• Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Testing is available to accounts that have set up a billing agreement.

Paternity Testing
Testing collections are available by appointment.  Call the lab at 970-521-3158 to schedule an appointment.
