Medical Staff Services
The Medical Staff Services department is available to assist you. We provide administrative support to medical staff and act as a liaison between our physicians and administration.

Medical Staff Services is located at Ogallala Community Hospital within our HIMS department. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Please contact us at (308) 284-7277 or email.

 Physician Membership Minimum Qualifications

1. Nebraska license (or obtain license before appointment to medical staff)
2. Graduation from accredited medical school or college of osteopathic medicine
3. Board certification
4. Proof of malpractice insurance
5. Current ACLS and ATLS certifications (can be obtained within 6 months of appointment to staff) 

1. Completion of a formal accredited education program for PA or NP
2. Current certification from NCCPA, AANP or ANCC
3. Current unrestricted Nebraska license
4. Current DEA license
5. Evidence of professional liability insurance

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

1. Current Nebraska license
2. Graduation from accredited AANA program
3. Current certification by AANA Council
