Wellness Wednesdays
On Wellness Wednesday, you can get blood screenings when it’s convenient for you. A doctor’s order is not required.

For accurate results, fast for 12 hours prior to testing.

Screenings every Wednesday from 7:15 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Wellness Wednesday Screening Package will be offered for $40 and will include:

Comprehensive metabolic panel (kidney, liver, electrolyte, acid/base balance and blood sugar and proteins), lipid panel, magnesium, phosphorus, thyroid screening.

TSH (Thyroid screening) $25
PSA (Prostate cancer screening) $25
Blood Type (ABO & Rh) $20

Insurance will not be billed. Cash, debit or credit card payments accepted.

*Please note Wellness Wednesdays are intended replace our annual health fair low cost blood screenings and offer more availability for this service as it is offered weekly instead of annually. The health fair will not be held in 2013.
