Tips for Scheduling an Appointment
- For routine care such as physicals and immunizations, our representatives will be happy to schedule with your primary care provider at your convenience.
- Nurse visit appointments for blood pressure checks, allergy shots and injections such as Iron B12 are available every Tuesday. Nurse visit appointments are available every weekday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and are subject to nurse availability. We encourage our patients to call in advance to avoid a lengthy wait time.
- If you need a same-day appointment, our on-call provider is available each day in addition to available appointments with your primary care provider.
- If you have a question or request of your provider, a triage nurse is available to take your call and work together with your provider to meet your needs.
- If you need emergency care, call 911 or come to our Emergency department (entrance on south side of building)
If you can't keep your scheduled appointment, please inform us of your cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. As a consideration to others, please be on time for your appointment.
