Cancer Support & Education
Banner Churchill Community Hospital maintains a variety of reading materials and videos to help patients and their families better understand the cancer diagnosis, treatment options and related side effects.
Additionally, our caregivers are available to help patients deal with and manage treatment-related side effects.
Banner Churchill also offers an array of support resources for patients including the American Cancer Society’s Look Good…Feel Better®, a program designed to help cancer patients cope with body changes while undergoing cancer treatment.
Look Good…Feel Better is a free service teaching female cancer patients beauty techniques tailored to the specific needs of those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Designed to help restore self-image, Look Good…Feel Better is grounded in the belief that when patients look good, they often feel better.
