Flu shots will be available on Sept. 12 and 16.

Sept 12 -- 8 am to 12 pm
Sept 16 -- 9 am to 12 pm

Banner Churchill Community Hospital will be providing flu shots to the community for adults 18 and over on th above dates.  The cost is $25.00.  If you have Medicare Part B, please bring your Medicare card and we will bill Medicare for the shot.  This flu shot is for seasonal flu only.  It does not provide coverage for H1N1 flu.
