Childbirth Education:
Learn more about nutrition, easing pain and discomfort, massage therapy and relaxation, what's normal and what's not, preparing for labor, labor and delivery, post-delivery care for Mom, and newborn care.- Fee: $25 for patients receiving primary obstetrical care from a Banner Health Physician and $50 for all others.

CPR and First Aid: Community Hospital offers renewal CPR and CPR/First Aid. To sign up, please call (307) 532-3184.
- Basic Life Support Renewal CPR-For those who have a current CPR card and just need to renew for the next two years.
- Held the third Thursday of every month at 4 p.m. at Community Hospital.
- Cost is $15 for the course and $11 for the book (optional).
- Full Basic Life Support CPR
- Saturday courses are taught from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m at Community Hospital.
- Cost is $20 for the course and $14 for the book (optional).
- CPR/First Aid
Safe Sitter: Safe Sitter courses are usually taught in the summer at Community Hospital. The class is a one-day, 6-1/2 hour class for children ages 11-13 years old.

Mission: Safe Sitter improves the welfare of young children by increasing the availability of young adolescents instructed in safe and nurturing child-care techniques. We enhance the lives of young adolescents by providing the opportunity to acquire competencies in rescue skills, basic first aid, and nurturing, safe child care techniques.

The Gift of Motherhood eLearning Childbirth Education Program is an alternative for those who cannot attend a conventional prepared childbirth class due to bed rest, scheduling conflicts or time constraints. The program is an interactive, Web-based program that includes animated illustrations, videos, voice-overs, and games. It can be previewed on a PC or Mac. High speed internet is advised but dial-up will work; it will take longer to download.
- The cost of the program is $75. Once you pay for the program, a code will be e-mailed to you. It will be valid for 14 days starting from the time you first logon. Your childbirth educator’s contact information, e-mail and/or phone number will be included in the program for questions and support on the contact page. Preview the eLearning experience.
