Our patient registration staff strive to make your registration the best possible experience by being knowledgeable, caring and friendly.

During registration our staff may require you to present any of the following information:

• Health Insurance or Medicare card
• Photo ID
• Physician's Orders
• Insurance copay, deductible or coinsurance
