Goshen Care Center is our 103-bed, Medicaid-approved long-term nursing care home accredited by the Joint Commission. Our 28-bed Alzheimer's Unit was added in 2009 to provide special dementia care to Torrington and surrounding areas.
At Goshen Care Center, we are guided by the "Choices Philosophy", which is to maintain health, promote resident rights, and foster self-care when possible while providing loving support and a warm, homelike environment.
