Community Hospital’s medically supervised cardiac rehabilitation services are designed to speed up the recovery process following a heart procedure as well as help give patients the means to live a heart healthy lifestyle.

The goal of the hospital’s rehabilitation program is to reduce the risk of future cardiac events and/or prevent an existing condition from worsening. 

Cardiac rehabilitation at Community Hospital is covered by most insurance and Medicare plans for patients diagnosed with one or more of the following conditions:

• Angioplasty
• Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting
• Heart Transplant
• Heart Valve Repair or Replacement
• Myocardial Infarction (Heart Attack)
• Stable Angina
• Stent Placement
