All Platte County Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home employees may be easily identified by their name badges. Never hesitate to request identification from your caregivers.

Nurses are on duty 24-hours a day to provide personalized nursing care. Your nurse is your advocate and will help you obtain information on your condition and care. Your nurse will provide care during your stay and help with your discharge planning.

We provide Chaplaincy Services to assist in the healing process by administering to the spiritual and emotional needs of hospitalized patients and their families. A chaplain can be reached by calling ext. 2208, or by contacting your nurse

Individual counseling with a qualified social worker is available to patients through the Social Services department. The Social Worker can answer questions and explain options available to patients and/or families. Your nurse can help you contact the Social Worker, or you can contact the Social Services Office by calling (307) 322-6406 ext. 2273.
